Bianca Caren Walker

As Director of Austin Operations for Export Management Services, Inc, Bianca Walker is responsible for coordination of marketing and client service delivery.

Walker has worked in international communications, protocol and marketing for over seven years. From 1990 to 1994, she worked for the Board for Interational Broadcasting, the oversight agency for Radio Free Europe/RadioLiberty's 26 language services. She also assisted in enabling Radio Free Europe to broadcast their program on Polish medium-wave radio.

Most recently, she ran a State Department-sponsored program at the University of Texas at Austin. In her capacity as diplomatic liaison, she created programs for over 400 international dignitaries who came to Austin for meetings with their professional counterparts in technology, education and law, and for political, educational and business alliance development.

Walker's accomplishments include serving as a board member of the Oita, Japan, Sister City Program, and co-chair of the Playworks Committee of the International Children's Festival. She created an in-depth exit survey for international students graduating from the University of Texas at Austin to be used in establishing communications with foreign alumni. Walker is fluent in French and Polish and proficient in Russian and Spanish. She also has an excellent contact base in the Austin business community.

Walker has spent extensive time living and studying abroad and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Sophie Newcomb College of Tulane University in Russian and Soviet Studies, with a minor in French.
